Return & Exchange Guidelines
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your luxury scents. However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unspayed, and in its original packaging along with the invoice.
How to Initiate
Simply reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear pictures or video unboxing proof of the damaged or wrong item received.
Non-Returnable Items
Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned due to personal hygiene and safety standards, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
